After 44 played minutes, America De Cali's Andrew Brasa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in America De Cali reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Itzaina Buron during the 47th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BMB IMOVEIS SC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
